Overview

Welcome to Vourelle. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Vourelle, a business based in Singapore. We run this website and online store, together with everything offered through it, including its content, features, tools and products (together, the "Services"). Our store is built on Shopify, which provides the platform that lets us offer the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), along with the policies they refer to, explain your rights and obligations when you use the Services. They include important information about your legal rights, including limits on our warranties and liability, so we ask that you read them with care. By browsing, using or buying from the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://vourelle.store/policies/privacy-policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Section 1: Using the Services and Your Account

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority where you live, and that any minors in your care use the Services on your devices only with your permission.

When you browse or shop with us, we may ask for details such as your email address, billing details, payment details and delivery address. You confirm that everything you give us is accurate, up to date and complete, and that you are entitled to share it.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Your account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or shared.

Section 2: Our Pieces

We take care to show our pieces as accurately as we can. Colors and finishes can look slightly different from one screen to another depending on your device and its settings, so the piece you receive may vary a little from the image you saw.

We cannot promise that every piece will match your expectations exactly or look precisely as it does on screen. Product descriptions may be updated at any time. We may discontinue a piece at any time, and we may limit the quantity available to any person, household or region.

Section 3: Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, and an order is only accepted once payment has been received and we have confirmed it. Please check your order carefully before you submit it. You may cancel for a full refund only before our warehouse begins processing the order. If we decline, change or cancel an order, we will let you know using the email address, billing address or phone number you gave us.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled only under our Return and Refund Policy at https://vourelle.store/policies/refund-policy. You confirm that you are buying for your own personal or household use and not for resale.

Section 4: Prices and Payment

Prices, offers and promotions may change without notice. You pay the price shown when you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless we say otherwise, prices do not include taxes, customs duties or import charges, which may be collected at checkout or by the carrier on delivery. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Prices on our site may differ from those charged elsewhere. Any promotion we run may come with its own terms, and where those terms differ from these Terms, the promotion terms apply to that promotion.

You agree to give us complete and accurate payment and account details and to keep them up to date, including your email address and card details, so we can complete your purchase and contact you. You confirm that the card or payment method you use is yours or that you are authorized to use it, that the information you provide is correct, and that you will pay all charges at the prices shown, including any applicable taxes.

Section 5: Shipping and Delivery

We deliver only to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada, and standard shipping is free on every order. Our pieces are dispatched from partner fulfillment warehouses overseas, including in China. Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days and arrive within 10 to 20 business days after dispatch. These times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs checks or other events outside our control. Ownership of a piece, and the risk of loss, passes to you once it is handed to the carrier. Section 6: Intellectual Property

Everything on the Services, including the Vourelle name and wordmark, text, images, graphics, video and the design and arrangement of the site, belongs to Vourelle or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, store or create works based on any part of the Services without our written permission. Nothing in these Terms gives you any license or right to use the intellectual property of Vourelle, Shopify or anyone else. Vourelle's name, logo and slogans may not be used without our prior written consent. Shopify's name and marks belong to Shopify, and other names and marks on the Services belong to their respective owners.

Section 7: Third-Party Tools

We may give you access to tools provided by other companies. We do not control or monitor these tools and provide them "as is" and "as available", without any warranty or endorsement. Any use of them is at your own risk, and you should review the terms of the company that provides them. We are not liable for anything arising from your use of third-party tools. Any new features we add to the Services in the future will also be covered by these Terms.

Section 8: Links to Other Websites

The Services may link to websites or content run by other parties. We do not review or vouch for that content, and you visit those sites at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss or harm connected with third-party websites or anything you buy from them. Please read their policies before using them, and direct any questions about their products or services to them.

Section 9: Relationship with Shopify

Vourelle is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Vourelle. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Vourelle, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Vourelle.

Section 10: Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled under our Privacy Policy at https://vourelle.store/policies/privacy-policy, and some of it may also be covered by Shopify's Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes information about how you use the Services so it can provide and improve them. Information you submit may be shared with Shopify and with our service partners, including fulfillment and shipping partners, some of whom are located outside your country.

Section 11: Feedback and Reviews

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews or other content ("Feedback"), you give us a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free license, which we may pass on to others, to use, copy, adapt, publish and display that Feedback for any purpose, including promoting the Services.

You confirm that you own or have the right to share your Feedback, that you have disclosed any payment or incentive you received for it, and that it follows these Terms. We are not required to keep Feedback confidential, pay for it or respond to it. We may review, edit or remove Feedback that we consider unlawful, offensive or in breach of anyone's rights.

Your Feedback must not infringe anyone's rights, including copyright, trademark or privacy, and must not contain unlawful or abusive material or harmful code. You may not use a false email address or pretend to be someone else. You are solely responsible for your Feedback and its accuracy.

Section 12: Errors and Omissions

From time to time, information on the Services may contain typing errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including in descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability. We may correct these, update information or cancel affected orders at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel a paid order for this reason, we will refund you in full.

Section 13: Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use them to break any law or regulation, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, to harass, threaten or harm any person, to share false or misleading information, to send spam or unsolicited advertising, to impersonate any person or business, or to do anything that interferes with other people's use of the Services or could harm Vourelle, Shopify or other users.

You also agree not to upload viruses or harmful code, copy or resell any part of the Services, collect other people's personal information, or use scraping tools, bots, automated processes or AI agents to access the Services except as allowed in Section 14. You must not bypass or interfere with any security feature or access restriction. We may suspend or close your account without notice if you break these Terms.

Section 14: Automated Agents

This section applies if you use or allow any software that acts on your behalf with little or no direct supervision (an "Agent") to access or interact with the Services. An Agent may use the Services only if it clearly identifies itself at all times, including by stating that it is an Agent and giving its name in the user agent string of every request. An Agent must not hide that it is automated, must not imitate human behavior or get around CAPTCHAs or similar checks, must answer truthfully if asked whether it is automated, and must not avoid any measure we use to control automated access. We may restrict or block any Agent, including by technical means, and an Agent must stop using the Services if we ask it to.

Section 15: Termination

We may end these Terms or your access to all or part of the Services at any time, at our discretion and without notice. You remain responsible for any amounts owed up to the date of termination. Sections that by their nature should continue, including those on intellectual property, feedback, warranties, liability, indemnity and governing law, will still apply after termination.

Section 16: Disclaimer of Warranties

Information on the Services is provided for general purposes only, and we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or useful. You rely on it at your own risk.

Except where we expressly say otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, the Services and all pieces sold through them are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title or non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will always be available, timely, secure or free of errors. Some countries do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms affects the rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

Section 17: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Vourelle nor Shopify, nor any of our partners, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers or licensors, will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue, savings or data, arising from your use of the Services or any piece bought through them, whether in contract, negligence or otherwise, even if we were told such loss was possible. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Section 18: Indemnity

You agree to protect and compensate Vourelle, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers against any claim, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, brought by a third party and arising from your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law or anyone's rights, or your use of the Services. We will tell you about any such claim, and you agree to cooperate with us in defending it. We will not settle a claim that places non-monetary obligations on you without your consent, which you will not unreasonably withhold.

Section 19: Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be applied to the greatest extent the law allows, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect.

Section 20: Waiver and Entire Agreement

If we do not enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we have given it up. These Terms, together with the policies posted on this site, form the entire agreement between you and Vourelle about the Services and replace any earlier agreements or versions of these Terms. Any uncertainty in these Terms will not be interpreted against us simply because we wrote them.

Section 21: Transfer of These Terms

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another party without notice to you.

Section 22: Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Services, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

Section 23: Headings

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not change their meaning.

Section 24: Changes to These Terms

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. We may update or replace them by posting changes on our website, so please check back from time to time. Where the law requires, we will give notice of significant changes, and they take effect on the date stated. Continuing to use the Services after changes are posted means you accept them.
